It's just travel pictures in this post since I'm only staying here for one night. The trip was interesting with changing topography and farm lands. I was a little surprised to see some corn and soy bean fields. At one of the rest stops, it mentioned cotton being raised in this area as well. But most of the cultivated land was hay fields and it looked like they had just made a cutting. There is obviously a lot of oil/gas industry around here too and judging by the smell in the air this evening, they must have had a major leak because it stunk.
I sure like having my old cell phone handy to catch pictures on short notice. Just an old tree.

The clouds were putting on a little show

A big house sitting all alone with no trees around it. It looked like a sore thumb out there.

Someone's old home place with a dead tree. I wonder how many dreams were fulfilled or dashed in that house.

The old and the new. If you look close, there is a wind farm in the background with giant windmills.

This was the two lane state highway. I didn't see another vehicle for mile and miles. It was a surprise.

Home for the night. A Passport America campground.

Tomorrow is moving day again and I should see some mountains tomorrow. It should be a big contrast from the flat and dry location I've been traveling through.

Ya'll take care of each other. I'll Cya down the road.
